T. J. Conway was chosen as the mechanical contractor because of its reputation for quality workmanship and past performance. The 45,000 square foot addition to an existing building is within a tightly planned college campus. This presented the need for a complex mechanical system to network various functions to all areas of the new addition, and to meld with those in the existing building. This project was completed on time, on budget.

The Isenberg School of Management is located in a densely developed campus environment. The project involved rerouting utilities that served the southeastern section of campus, including a 40" storm sewer and a major power distribution system. The addition was completed on schedule with owner-added change orders amounting to less than 1% of contract value.
